The Gokyo Trek:
This will take 20 days if you start your trek from Jiri by bus and fly back from Lukla to Kathmandu . But you can also do this trek within 12 days by flying in and out of Lukla. The most interesting part of this trek is climbing Gokyo Peak (5,483m.) which provides an excellent panorama from Cho Oyu to Mt Everest, to Lhotse , and all the way to eastern region Mt. Makalu range.

Itinerary
Day: 01 Arrival at Kathamndu airport and transfer to hotel welcome drink offer by receptions.
Day: 02 Sightseeing Hanuman Dhoka Durbar- Square , museum, Shyambunath, ( Monkey Temple )
Day: 03 Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding camp (2800m.).
Day: 04 Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m.).
Day: 05 Namche bazaar rest for acclimatization, explore the market and make your hiking in the surrounding areas.
Day: 06 Namchebazaar to Phortse Thanga (3500m.)
Day: 07 Phortse Thanga to Machhermo (4410m.)
Day: 08 Machherma to Gokyo (4750m.)
Day: 09 Gokyo climb uphill Gokyo Ri ,(5350m.)
Day: 10 Gokyo Return to Machherma.
Day: 11 Machherma to Tyangboche monastery.
Day: 12 Tyangboche to Namche bazaar.
Day: 13 Namche bazaar to Lukla.
Day: 14 Lukla flyback to Kathmandu.
Day: 15 Sightseeing Bhaktapur old city, pack personal belonging, farewell dinner.
Day: 16 Pickup from hotel transfer to airport depart own destination.
